• 8/6/25Their frappe machines are always broken. The choc custard pie was good. Nuggets were cold but chips were fresh. No salt on chips.

• 7/6/26I am writing to make a complaint about my recent order. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and service I received.
Firstly, my drink was only filled about halfway instead of being filled to the top as expected. Secondly, I ordered a large fries, but what I received was closer to a small serving, which was unacceptable considering I paid for a large.
On top of that, my burger was not made properly. The ingredients were poorly assembled, and the overall presentation and quality were disappointing. It looked rushed and was not up to the standard I would expect from McDonald’s.
I regularly purchase food from McDonald’s and have never experienced such poor quality before. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and an appropriate resolution provided.
