The Benton Harbor location is usually good when we go there but we had a very different experince with delivery. Nuggets were the best quality thing we got. Fries were half empty, burgers tasted old, and one had a stale bun. We were even missing some food from our order. I do not recommend ordering from the Benton Harbor store.

Could have been a bit more crispy. but they were good and filling overall. I would order them again.

My food is old as you can see in the pictures the French fries are old and cold it's pieces of lettuce on my sandwich which I'm allergic to

I got a 10 piece meal with a large fry and an additional medium, they gave me a medium and a small, this is not what I ordered, nor why I paid for. Not pleased.

I always order ketchup and extra dehydrated onions, but I don't like the slivered onion, which is what I got!
I understand mistakes, but for the price of this stuff, it should be made how the customer asks.
