No syrup or butter with our Hotcakes with Butter & Syrup, and the mocha in my Big Brekkie Burger Meal had zero chocolate and didn't seem to have sugar. Not the first time they've forgotten the syrup

I'm convinced that Maccas hires the most incompetent people to ever exist. How does one store consistently get orders wrong over and over again. This time the large chips were less than half full and the big mac had a whole patty missing from the burger?! Don't ever bother asking for sauce. You'll never get them

the chips were soggy and not even cooked properly, and only half the packet filled. terrible food
