Hash browns were over cooked , so hard!

The fries were very old and tasted stale and a bit burnt like they were fried too long. Nuggets were also tasted like they had been sitting for a while.

Big Mac was good and the fries 🍟 were cooked perfectly...just would have been nice to have gotten ketchup with them like I requested.

Order/Delivery took more than normal time and all food was cold and nasty.
Bag had seal stickers, but bag was not sealed! Didn't follow instructions or add the EXTRA items I PAID for!!
