• 3/3/26My fries were nowhere close to filled not even over the bottom part of the brim. Fries were way too salty.

• 5/5/26Cold food and missing items. Plus it was 30 min late due to what was said to be more time needed by the restaurant to make my order which was a spicy Hot 'N Spicy McChicken® Meal and a chocolate shake. My fries were ice cold, the shake was missing and my order was 30 minutes later than the original 15-25min time frame given when I ordered.

• 2/3/26they forgot a patty in my big Classic Big Mac® Pack n i payed extra for more Creamy Ranch Sauce, Honey Mustard n buffalo spicy sauce but i didnt get any of it.
