The food itself was good. But they didn't follow instructions as to where to leave it.

inconsistent freshness. sometimes when i've ordered the forest are good other times cold other time unsalted other times dried out vastly or mix of all the problems. burger typically is fine and drink has had issues with them forgetting ice

Wrong muffin was given. Burger patties were all dry, maybe sitting around too long? This outlet usually does better. Disappointed today..

Order incorrect at least call first to confirm if the customer wants substitute from the order if unavailable.

All the fries are soaked in grease where none of them are soft and crispy on the inside. It's just wet to the touch and grabbing it feels like cookie dough.
