• 20/7/25My Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich was so drowned in sauce and mayo that it was inedible. There was an entire pool of sauce in the bottom of the container. I've ordered this sandwich multiple times in the past and it was great, this one was awful. Couldn't even finish it.

• 27/3/26Had to reorder World Famous Fries [240.0 Cals] as first order arrived spilled at the bottom of the bag, and was not fresh. its been a consistent issue and does not appear to be mishandled by dasher's as similiar happens in drive thru. Recommendation: folded paper dividers to hold fries upright or enclosed boxes similar to poutine/ nugget.
the second order I made I messaged my dasher to request the employees placed it correctly in the bag, and they arrived hot, not spilled over and delicious. 10/10 dasher
