• 28/7/26I usually do not have issues with my orders, but today's order was so disappointing. Firstly, the matcha latte didn't have its usual sticker and was just spilled in the bag so a quarter of it was wasted. It made the bag so soggy and almost torn through.
Secondly, the chicken burger had soooo much mayo. Like way more than usual. It was so sickening, I had to take off the burger top and scooped out excessive mayo. The person or prople who prepared my order was/were not careful.

• 14/6/26I want a refund honestly the food is in shambles and I have never experienced worse portions and care of my food my hot chocolate was spilt, my burger arrived in TWO HALFS!!!! And my chips HALF EMPTY A LARGE CHIPS BY THE WAY!! Had enough of this rubbish

• 22/7/25Happy Meal Toy was missing without explanation. Cheeseburger in happy meal had way too many pickles in it, and they were all hard pieces.
Coke that was delivered with order tasted like barely flavoured soda water.
Big miss on this particular order.

• 6/9/26all the burgers had burnt buns and some had undercooked or over cooked meat you couldn't tell it was that bad Macca's Bundle For 2 and the Quarter Pounder
