Their French Fries are disgusting. Every time we order fries they are old and hard as a rock. We've never received fresh fries ever. Same with the nuggets in the 4 pc. Chicken McNugget® Happy Meal®. They are old and stale. I dont think anything is made fresh there. The burgers are nothing special either.

Much better quality than if going through drive-thru. Disappointed that the french fries weren't as plentiful as normal.

BIG ARCH™ came with one patty, bacon, raw onions and ketchup and no other actual ingredients it should've had. What did they give me?
