The buffalo ranch McCrispy was good. Like anything fast food, it looked nothing like its picture. My patty was thin, so it was a little too crisp for me but still the meat was tender and tasty. Very little sauce which I'm sure is the same as the nugget sauce so it wasn't too spicy. Overall, it was pretty good. Just hope you get a thicker patty. Maybe pay the extra $.35 for some extra sauce.

My last order was not good but this one fully redeemed it. Had extra salt as requested, two sauce cups for the nuggets, and the quarter pounder was fresh. Also plenty of napkins! Whoever fulfilled this order needs a pat on the back!!!

I ordered a large, spent over $15 total and received a medium. For this price I should have gotten what I ordered. I ordered the same thing yesterday and it was perfect. Highly disappointed

Received all my items with the correct instructions. Most of the time in the past it had been a problem, but I'm glad to see McDonald's stepping up their crew's attention to detail. Well done!

The fries are always cold and hard. Seems to me like they would drop fresh fries if they were sending them out for delivery. That way they could stay fresher. But not much common sense at a fast food establishment I guess.
