Can u PLEASE get the option to get No ICE! Great food but I'm tired of getting 2 lbs of ice & only 2 oz of my beverage.

My Dasher, Steve was very nice and I received my order fairly quickly. As for my food order, the fries were nice, hot and filled to the top of the container. I ordered a 20pc McNugget and received 19 McNuggets and they were warm w/a bit of hardened exterior which is an indicator that my McNuggets were sitting under a heat lamp for a while and not freshly prepared to order. My two Cheeseburgers were hot and freshly prepared however I asked for extra Mustard, Ketchup and Onion and I received extra Ketchup & Onions but NO mustard. My order was packed securely and the fries were placed perfectly in the bag w/out spilling over. The cheeseburgers and fries were good but the McNuggets were nit fresh nor hot. Three stars

They forgot my son's drink for his happy meal. Both cheeseburgers just had meat, cheese and ketchup. No mustard or onions. We didn't order them that way. And our fries were cold and stale. This McDonald's is not good. They clearly dont care.

The "Double Qu Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese was old it tasted like it was sitting for hours I took 1 bite and threw it out!
