Usually my McDonald's is spot on but today my bagel sandwich was burnt - I will still order again but just disappointed today

Biscuits were reallllly dense not flaky in the least bit. The hashbrowns were overly greasy.

The Triple cheeseburger in the meal had onions, no mayo and barely any ketchup. Also seemed like mustard was "wiped off". The nuggets were overcooked as were the fries.

They've gotten my order wrong so many times. Almost always missing items. My last order was missing an order of French Fries, the order before that was missing a drink.
