This Sichuan spot in Williamsburg is a neighborhood gem! They serve up bold, flavorful dishes -- especially the pickled fish stew and the sautéed hot & sour potato shreds.

Fish Blossom had like no meat?? Felt like I was just eating batter... I ordered takeout and they separated out the sauce and fried fish thankfully but idk wouldn't order this ever again. Crazy to charge $45 for mostly batter.
The eggplant was good at least

The sautéed hot & sour potato shreds were by far the sourest I’ve ever had—so sour that it completely overpowered any other flavor. As for the braised beef tendon, the taste was very average and definitely not worth the high price.

The chicken was very chewy like it wasn't cooked, I could not even eat it .
