1 Quesadilla Supreme (Beef Tips) was very juicy, and flavorful. There was a distinct lack of cheese and the quesadilla tortilla wasnt toasted so the juice ends up making it soggy. The meat was the star of the show, and I think that would shine with a taco bowl instead.
The Rice Bowl Trio was very full of meat and shows you a great bang for your buck dish. A bit under seasoned but cooked to the proper temperature. If you order this I would recommend asking for some lime to balance out the flavor from the queso.
The biggest take away from both plates I ordered would be to add some lime, or some sort of spice because they're both lacking in that. No suprises from the either dishes and will satisfy the cravings of Mexican flavor. Would order it again.

I have been to this restaurant before, so I expected great food. However, my Burrito Texano was very salty and dry; my Taco Salad Shredded Chicken shell tasted like old oil; and my Taquitos Mexicanos were dry and understuffed. I KNOW Mi Casita offers way better food, and I was surprised unpleasantly by the difference.

The shrimp tastes fine but definitely not fresh. It is not at all as advertised. I thought I was getting actual normal sized fried shrimp and not salad mini shrimp. This is false marketing. Would not order this again. I would expect this more as a kids menu item. Not an entree

The Shredded Chicken Quesadilla 2 were dry and had no cheese with big hunks of meat. And the rice was really dry with no favor.
