They forgot my extra sauce, but Miako Teriyaki is still ALWAYS fantastic. Today, I was heading home anyway, so it worked out. I recommend the 12. Chicken Katsu!

Miako Teriyaki nails the balance that so many teriyaki spots miss. The sauce is flavorful without being overly sweet, the chicken is grilled beautifully with real char, and the ingredients are consistently fresh. Even the salad dressing is craveable. After living in Seattle for 10+ years and sampling countless teriyaki places, Miako is the one I keep coming back to. Highly recommend.

Miako Teriyaki is always amazing. Every time. I especially adore their chicken katsu. I can't stop coming back!

not one to usually leave reviews but i ordered the beef short ribs and although the portion was decent, the meat was really mushy as if it was either old or frozen then quickly thawed under hot water. flavor was good but the texture of the meat was too mushy for me. everything else on my order was delicious
