Really disappointed this time around. The Calamari was extremely rubbery and difficult to eat. The Tortellini Alfredo was gummy and the Alfredo Sauce was thick and grainy. Not at all smooth like an Alfredo Sauce should be. I feel like I wasted $42 bucks as I threw 90% of it away!

Good value, I'm from California so we never see prices this low 🤣. I ordered the calamari, mozzarella marina, and kids alfredo. Food traveled well. Calamari was still crispy and hot when it got to me. It was a little chewy but the flavor was there. Mozzarella marina was AMAZING.. way better than your average mozzy sticks. Cheese was oooey goooey and the breading was perfectly crispy. The kids alfredo was tiny, but that was expected. The noodles were a perfect al dente but the sauce was a little grainy. It was super bland. Not creamy or cheesy. Also sucked that I didn't receive utensils, as I am staying in a hotel. Maybe there was an option to add some and I missed it.

I’m a new customer and really wanted to like this place, but my first order had a few issues.
I ordered the Kid Lasagna, and the top noodle layer was overcooked and dry—almost stiff. The New York Cheesecake also wasn’t quite right; the texture was grainy, and the strawberry topping had become very watery. It might be the nature of food delivery, but it ended up mixing with the whipped cream and turning into more of a soup.
Even the straw was a miss: I appreciate the eco-friendly compostable materials, but mine snapped in half as soon as I tried to open the wrapper, so I couldn’t use it. Also, no utensils were included. It’s not a huge deal, but most places include them automatically with takeout.
The food overall wasn’t terrible, and I do think they’re trying. I’d be willing to give them another chance, but I wanted to share this feedback in case it helps improve future orders.
