Mikado is the neighborhood spot to kick back with fresh sushi, sake, and good company. No fuss, no fancy rules — just a laid-back place to eat, relax, and enjoy. Whether it’s a quick bite, a chill nig…
The fish is top quality, better than most places and on par with the best sushi restaurants in the city (Blue Ribbon, etc). The portions are very small though, each piece of nigiri had about half the amount rice as usual.

This sushi spot was SO good. The order was made/ arrived incredibly fast. The fish tasted so fresh and everything was packaged perfectly. Definitely ordering again! The rolls were huge! Great portion! Recommend the spicy tuna DELIC

This is actual sushi, not mega cuts / lumps of fish - but elegantly and authentically cut fish. Perfect balance between rice and fish. The salads are not needed imo - but I absolutely recommend this place.

Disappointed with this order. I’ve been ordering from here for over 2 years and have noticed the quality becoming more inconsistent lately. This order was missing several pieces of sushi, the Sushi Don did not look as pictured, and the cheesecake description should be more accurate since it was only about two bites worth.

Spicy tuna roll was made of composite dyed red tuna with random crunch peices and some small amount of roe. Why was it so red? Yellowtail peice was not fresh at all and I had to spit it out. Eel avocado roll had no visible eel. All avocado. None of the maki is edible.
