Good Tri tip more on the firm side. Brisket is literally meltingly, pulls apart can't even pick it up. Super flavorful. Good garlic bread and Cole slaw. Definitely worth it. Good portions too.

Ribs are dry. Chicken is more moist than the ribs. Garlic bread isnt even toasted.
