This is my second time eating at Minato Ramen & am very satisfied again! The Classic Tonkotsu Ramen & Chicken Bun were freshly prepared as by the quality of the food, with satisfactory portion sizes.
I'm going to eat here again later this week with a hot Koji sake to go with my meal🫰🏿

Not much shrimp and they were small. The extra noodles said fried but came as udon style

I love a curry chicken ramen from another restaurant, so I decided to try this one out since it's much closer to home. The broth does not taste good. I ended up adding my own seasonings at home. The way they package the ramen to go is nice though.

Some of the worst Ramen I've ever had . Noodles and egg were over cooked. The only highlight was the pork. Will never order again.
