Very impressed with how fresh the ingredients are. I can smell how fresh the avocados in the rolls were. I've never had this level of freshness from any sushi/Korean place before. Mino sushi has allowed me to unlock my third eye through enlightment of their food.

Portion sizes shrank by half. Very small portions for the price. The karrage was also soggy and not just because of condensation. It probably had lemon juice put on it before it was packaged since it tastes like lemons. There used to be bigger portions and the garnishes like lemons would be included for you to use yourself. Very disappointed.

The Golden California was delicious and still crispy. The AP13. Spicy Chicken Karaage was amazing, the portion size was perfect, a little too much sauce though. The KT2. Chicken Katsu was not my favourite. The chicken tasted really weird, I couldn’t eat more than a bite, but the salad and miso soup were amazing.

Second time ordering, portions were extremely small, poke bowl was half empty and mainly rice with very little else. No wasabi or ginger after asking for extra, one little packet of plum sauce for order of spring rolls and 2 packets of soy sauce for entire order. For the high prices we won’t be ordering gain. Katsu and many others are better quality, quantity and price.

thought we'd try it as a change from our usual sushi go to ... not really impressed. avocado wasn't the freshest, there was sliced onions layered ontop of everything and all the sushi more or less tasted the same despite it being a Large roll platter (60 Pcs) . The sushi wasn't rolled tightly at all so every piece fell apart the moment we tried removing it from the platter. It was "okay" but won't likely order again.
