Our story about the location in s. Durango
On december 3rd, 2016, we opened our second mint indian bistro location in spring valley, breaking new ground.
We were frequently asked for another site, so …
The most delicious Indian food I've found in the Vegas area and at very reasonable prices!
I've ordered from every other Indian restaurant on DoorDash in my delivery radius and can't find anything that compares to Mint. I am always left disappointed in the taste and quality.
I am a huge fan of their Lamb Rohan Josh and order it multiple times a week. Cannot recommend Mint highly enough!

My favorite picks each and every time is the Vegan Chana Masala, Vegan Aloo Gobi Masala
And for the sweet, I personally love the Strawberry Lassi!! And Mango too.
Haven't had Indian anything in my life despite my deep love for spicy food that I can tolerate, and I never had known that spicy food could get 14× more falvorful like these two dishes have. And I know and live by that Spicier things then average are the ones that taste best. And you know everything's fresh taking in every bite. It's always coming out steaming hot. I am personally best friends with the 3rd spicy levels, and in the future plan on trying 4th.
Also, the portions may be an average starter soup bowl size but it's no joke, each meal (at least that of I've ordered) packs hitching flavor for weeks.
Again, Very moved as an Vegan. Thank you Mint Indian!

Spice haters, beware. I ordered everything at spice level 1 and it's still too spicy for my husband. However, Chicken Boneless Biryani is fantastic, Famous Chicken Tandoori is flavorful and juicy, the Dal Makhani was so creamy and good and the Gluten Free Roti was pretty good. You're able to select "gluten free" on most of the items and that is awesome for us celiac diseased peeps.

I was absolutely shocked at the portion sizes of not only the main dishes but the rice as well. $70 for 1 cup of rice, 2 orders of naan, and 2 cups of chicken dishes; meat was cubes very small and there wasn't much. We were in shock; seeing as we've dined there many times before. We've been dining here since they opened at this location; however, I think we won't be returning due to their frugal portion sizes in light of inflative prices.
My uncle just happened to be over last night and laughed at the portion of rice; he's Indian. He said serving that little rice for two people is a crime; no true Indian restaurant would let you leave with less than double rice compared to the main dish. Don't even get me started on the $3 serving of Coconut Chutney. What a shame they have become due to inflation; so frugal.

Good portion for 1 person. The naan was thin, obviously every restaurant will have different recipes and stuff but I rather have the thicker type of naan. Was still good taste paired with the butter chicken. And I was pleasanty surprised that the Butter Chicken (Dark Meat) had rice included. Glad I didnt add rice to my order because it would've been too much.
