I absolutely love the burgers and fries here! However, I always order and pay extra for the chunky sauce, but I have to cross my fingers every time that it will actually be included. Unfortunately, it was missing again this time. It’s disappointing because the sauce is part of what makes the fries so enjoyable. I hope the staff can double-check orders more carefully to ensure customers receive everything they’ve paid for.
