Not too sure what happened but feels like I got an unfinished meal. There was no spice or color on the meat in the Pork Al Pastor tacos, it was just a pile of gray beef cheeks. I literally threw it away and made my own quesadilla with the tortillas. And the Cauliflower Al Pastor Wings was just one big pile of mush. I usually love Mister Oso, I'm quite disappointed.

The Pork Carnitas Taco was good overall, especially as it came deconstructed and that's how I ate it.
But the pork fat tortillas were tough to chew and the pork fat added very little flavor.
Mister Oso is worth trying again and next time I'll try their corn tortillas.

The flavor and texture of the queso are awful. I didn't know you could actually make queso taste bad. The salsa roja was similarly bad. We did not get our churros at all.
