Good salad, but covered in cling wrap instead of an actual top like they've given me when I've ordered before and I did not receive my dressing

I have had salads everywhere ! this is the BEST make your own salad I have ever had I will order one weekly ;)

I spent $20 on a salad that did not have all the toppings I requested! It's an Unlimited Toppings salad with no croutons that I wanted! In addition they sent my order out NO BAG with NO UTENSILS. I order this salad frequently and they wanted to charge for extra dressing which has never happened before. It's already a nice size salad with insufficient dressing as it is. They lost me as a customer now. Terribly disappointed.
