The pizza is great! The service not so much. I often stand at the pick up counter for a long time just trying to get someone to acknowledge me and give me my food.

We customized everything and the amount of toppings and drizzles you can add makes the pizza so delicious! I took one star off because we got thin crust and none of us were impressed, it was kind of rubbery. Next time we will try the thick- just wish there was an in-between option :)

I wish I could post a pic but the pizza I got from here was completely burnt, all the cheese and toppings were all mashed to 2-3 pieces, the rest being bubbles and completely inedible. I couldn't eat any of it. Got a 4$ refund. Crazy I was told this is the best pizza place in Chicago. Nope.
