We ordered on a whim. Then we oohed and on over the flavors... it is soooo good! Eventually, we had to know more. We were so excited to learn that this had been our favorite food truck at the hot springs! I will no longer miss their presence at the hot springs because now they are closer and have more variety! Soooo happy! Also, Chase is a super cool and hard working guy. Glad to be able to get his food whenever I want.

This was the best idea for lunch! The RICE BOWLS is delicious and I would definitely order it again! I like how the carrots have a spicy kick to them. Love it!

Fries are well seasoned and damn tasty.

The shawarma bowl had great flavor but was incredibly spicey which I wouldnt expect for Mediterranean food. Hummus was excellent. Wish there was an option for side order of falafel. Overall, would order again.

The food here is AMAZING! If you love Mediterranean food and garlic this is the place for you. This is definitely my new go to place!!!
