I've tried about 5 places around Apex for Gen Tsu's and this place was the best so far. Chicken was crispy and not over sauced. Actually had some heat which was nice. Decent amount of broccoli. Spring rolls were crispy and nice. Only reason I give 4 stars is the fried rice needs improvement. Bland and dry. Only good if you mix with the Gen Tsu sauce.

There was plenty of sauce and fish and this pic was taken after I split up some of the Steamed Fish Fillets in Soy Sauce-美味魚片. Absolutely delicious and flavorful. This was m second time here and Iwill definitely go again

I ordered General Tso's Chicken(左宗鸡) and asked for fried rice(vegetable fried rice) and everything was sooooo delicious !!! The generals chicken was spicy how I like it!! And the vegetable rice was yummmy!!! This place is by far my favorite spot in Apex!!!!

Finally found a place serving these dishes Steamed Fish Fillets in Szechuan Sauce-水煮魚片 and Spicy Crispy Shrimps-香辣大蝦nd the right amount of spice level! Will order more frequently! :thumbsup:

The Steamed Sliced Lamb in Szechuan Sauce(水煮羊肉) is fantastic. We also had the pork and Pork & Cabbage(猪肉白菜) and the Chicken & Cabbage(鸡肉白菜) dumplings. Soft and juicy. Delicious!
