The food was good and very fresh. The loaded tot although good tasting was not a good deal for the amount received. Overpriced by a couple dollars. But I would still definitely order from here again.

Reg Fried Pickles burnt and overbreaded. Store picture shows what appears to be at least 4 average sized fried pickles, received only one actual whole pickle and two additional very small chunks that were more breading than pickle. The Reg Zesty Bacon & Swiss™ as shown in the picture had literally nothing it should have had on it, only some very sad look meat of some variety. Have had very minor issues with this location in the past, but never anything this wrong. Definitely disappointed with how the quality of this location has gone.

There was barley anything to either of my sandwiches. My Bacon Cheeseburger seemed like it was cut smaller than it should have been like someone was hungry and took a chunk of it and only 1/2 the size under the bun. There was barely any chicken or bacon on my Reg Chicken Bacon & Ranch. They definitely tried to make up for it in the explosive amount of ranch on my sandwich.

The best mr. Hero! They never make a mistake. Waffle fries are amazing per usual. Always gets delivered hot too even after a 15 min ride to my house

Med Romanburger® Sandwich was yummy as always. The tomatoes were a lil hard.. so I removed them. still a great sandwich!
