I almost didnt order bc I saw another review saying their food has changed. But I was curious so I tried. The food does taste a little different, not in a bad way though. The chicken was bigger pieces, before it used to be diced small. But it tasted just as good/seasoned. The yellow rice was a litte extra seasoned. And the Falafel Dozen are way better than before. Crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. Before they were kinda dense all the way through. Feels like maybe mom got home from vacation or something ha.
I just wish i could buy extra sauce on the side. I didn't see the option to do that.
It is pricey but you get a lot of food for what you order. I could easily split this into 2 meals. And it's healthier than fast food!

Usually my experience with Mr Falafel is excellent, however the Shawarma Wrap was smaller and less filled than it used to be. A quarter of it was just tortilla honestly! And for just that wrap without anything else, the price is a bit excessive. Still delicious, though!

Chicken strips were good but only 4 came in the order... for $14, I'll pass next time.
Hummus was delish as were the chips. The pita was good and warm. Everyone liked both the sweet potato & garlic fries.

Generous portions for the price. Food arrived hot with all the needed condiments. Falafel were cooked through. Salad was fresh. Fries crisp. Chicken Kabab plate was moist and well seasoned.

Overall the food here is very good quality. The kabobs are nice portions, but to be honest the shawarma portion was kind of a joke. Good communication from them regarding a sauce request I had though. Also the rice is delicious. I'll stick to the kabob order next time.
