The burgers are on point and crispy! As far as the fries they are gonna need re crisped with an air fryer or something but taste good

Small portions for pricey combos and sandwiches.
There wasn't anything beastie or deluxe about the burgers and fries. The serving is actually equivalent to a kids meal. (The flavor of the burgers weren't bad)
The Karl burger did not come with caramelized onions as mentioned in the description.
Our drinks came in styrofoam cups which one had a hole at the bottom which leaked all over our carpet.
The special fries were ok they taste similar to 5 guys fries.
The food did arrive fresh & hot so that was a good thing.

just wasn't good. ultra poor quality. Karl’s Grilled Cheese wasn't grilled long enough where the cheese clearly never melted. took a bite of the burger and then trashed it. fries looked like there was contaminants from uncleaned oil and they were not fully cooked either. the only thing that tastes good was the coke zero.
this was my second try as my first experience was basically the same.

The smallest portions I have ever received-they are like a child's size portion. Plus they did not put bacon, which I paid for, on the sandwich. The order took nearly an hour to arrive and was COLD when received too.

Fries were entirely wrong, burger did not come selected toppings either, which I paid extra for. This is the third time the order has come incorrectly from this store. When ordering from Mr. Beast burger, it is usually right. But when coming from this location it is consistently wrong.
