• 31/8/26The Chicken Biryani was okay, I like that they followed my instructions. I've eaten from many Indian restaurants and ALWAYS loved the food. This is the first time I tried it in Edmonton and it wasn't to the standard. I was disappointed by how the French Fries looked and tasted, they looked like they were overcooked and the oil not well drained (you can see that in the photo). You could taste the oil wasn't fresh. I wouldn't really order these two options fr. This wasn for me, but maybe you might like it.

• 12/9/25Tiny portions for expensive $20 combo meals. Butter Chicken Combo only had 3 pieces of chicken, Spinach (Palak) Paneer Combo only had 4 pieces of Paneer. Barely any rice, not enough for balance. No wonder they're using AI gen pictures instead of what they actually plan to send you. My pic doesn't show it but they give you 1 piece of naan bread with each combo as well. Really disappointed in Namaste, and still hungry.

• 10/7/25Namaste India (and this location) is probably my favorite for Indian downtown. The portions are always great for the price, hot and fresh, and super tasty! Butter Chicken is a top-seller for a reason! I tried their Coconut Shrimp Curry for the first time and it's pretty good too - a bit more of a bitter note as compared to the butter-based sauces, but a nice contrast if you have both! I always order extra of their Butter Naan, because Naan is always delicious.
