• 22/3/25Food was great! However, we expected to get more bread and dip for the bread with the order based on a prior conversation with the restaurant. There was no option through DD to order extra either, so that was a bummer! Subtracting a star for that reason; the food we did receive was excellent!

• 18/5/25The cheese pizza was worse than Pizza Hut. Seriously disappointing. The Alfredo was below average and bland (and $25!!!!). The meat balls were fine and the bread lacked any kind of butter or garlic. Decided to splurge on an $80 order and was failed by Napoli. Seriously that pizza was awful.

• 9/5/26Too much money for okay food. Bland. Too much melted cheese and not much flavor. Wrong type of cheese in the manicotti. And it was like half a manicotti, not a full length shell. Won't order again.

• 28/3/26The Chicken Parmigiana was overcooked and burned. There wasn’t much sauce or spice to enhance the plain spaghetti noodles. It was also not very warm. I was very disappointed. Your competitors are outshining you Napoli.
