The pickup experience was very disappointing. DoorDash indicated that the order was ready, but I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The two staff members at the front desk were also quite rude, which made the situation even more frustrating.
As for the food, the galbi was extremely dry and lacked flavor. The cream sauce udon was overwhelmingly heavy, with far too much cream—making it difficult to enjoy.

The sauce of the galbi tasted like bulgogi sauce. Also, they did not give me the soup that was shown in the picture and on their website.
