The Pork Dumplings (MoMo) and Chicken Chow Mein were outstanding with great flavor and perfect texture (both meat and pasta). They each came with a fantastic side sauce (same for both). I think it was sesame tomato chutney, though I guess it could be peanut. The Pani Puri (10 Pcs) with salty sour water was really different from anything I have had before. All elements of this dish were controversial with likes/dislikes at the table. The Pork Sadeko was very well seasoned. It had a mixture me of tougher cuts of meat with fatty cuts of meat (probably pork belly). It was OK.
I plan to order dumplings and chow mein again. They were fantastic , everyone loved them.

The Pork Fried Mo:Mo is great. I have had it four times and it is one of the most unique and excellent dumplings in town. The Chicken Dumplings are well executed and delicious, in a more common flavor profile. The Pork Sadeko was different fom what I expeced. It looked to me fom the picture like there were multiple vegetable integrated into the dish. Onions were cooked into the dish (and delicious), but the only other vegetables were a small raw garnish. The spice profile on the meat was great, though it is heavy on chili pepper, which could be a problem for some. The meat was tough, cooked beyond well done. There were bits of fat with the texture of pork belly fat, if you like that. I will definitely get the dumplings every time I order from here though I liked the samosa chat (previous orders) much more than the pork sadeko.

The Pork Fried Mo:Mo is one of the best and most unique dumplings in Omaha. There is a flavor of curry like spices though it is not particularly hot. The Chicken Dumplings are much more like good Chinese dumpling filling in a momo wrapper. The Samosa Chaat should be eaten first. It travels in the sauce, but if you eat it right away, it is not soggy. The Puri Sabji (4 Pcs) was excellent and the extra piece stayed crisp to the end of the meal. The sabji was delicious. It is watery by western stadards for a dipping sauce, but truly deliciou and similar to other Himalayan restaurants. The Aloo-Chop (10 Pcs) is tasty. The potato is very smooth. The Ramen Noodles is a simple soy sauce stir fried noodle with a generous amount of eggs.
Great meal! Pork Fried Mo:Mo might be best dumpling in town!

Ginger tea was deliciou. I opted for honey instead of using the sugar they sent with it.
Cooked Rice very well done. Basmati riceone of my favorites.
Jhol Chicken Jhol Mo:Mo I got the ppork dumplings instead of chicken. They were you have to really love spicy food in order to love this. I would order again. It wa enough for 2 meals, and the leftovers kept very well in the fridge. Definitely needed the Cooked Riceto pair with it. The broth was refreshing and delicious. Perfectly seasoned

The Samosa (2 Pcs) and Pork Dumplings were delicious! Not the same as samosa or dumplings I've had anywhere else but still tasty and even more flavor packed. I love to get Mango Lassi when I order food that might have a bit of a kick, so that was a great way to finish my meal.
