The Spicy Wonton (8 Pieces) / 红油抄手 is out of this world. Must try. All food was tasty, zesty fried House Fried Chicken/炸鸡 solid House Special Fried Rice / 招牌炒饭 (Combo with shrimp) - Noodle master hits all the points. Portion size are not family style but the flavors are all fantastic.

The house special chow mein is so delicious, there is plenty to share. The beef burrito is beyond measure so flavorful, so tasteful,absolutely has my taste buds dancing! The aroma of the two dishes filled the air through my kitchen. I didn't even take pictures. lol

The Spicy Beef Brisket Noodle / 川味牛肉面 is always so flavorful and has a mind spice that just warms the mouth. The meat is so tender and the bokchoy adds a nice crunch to the dish. The Noodle / 面s are chewy and aldente; my personal favorites are the wide handpulled noodles!

Everything we ordered was excellent, fresh and plentiful. This place was a favorite under a different name years ago. New ownership, management or business decisions sank it deep and fast. The menu selections and quality suffered greatly, and we abandoned what used to be some of the best fast Asian food we had ever eaten. Thankfull, something or someone has definitely changed, and Noodle Master is now (again?) the best Asian restaurant in the neighborhood. We will likely never order from anywhere else again...as long as Noodle Master doesn't screw it up. HIGHLY recommend.

Super great food and the gentlemen working there were both very helpful and nice, they even gave me a togo menu with coupons for future orders! Great portion size too!!
Only thing we were missing was sweet and sour sauce for the shrimp tempura, but we had our own at home lol so no biggie whatsoever!
