• 13/12/25I hadn’t ordered from Noodles & Company in a while, and unfortunately this experience was really disappointing.
The salad quality was poor, with wilted lettuce and very minimal toppings. The soup was mostly just noodles and broth, with no vegetables or substance, which didn’t feel worth the price.
Overall, the quality seems to have declined significantly. I’m hesitant to order again and would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

• 3/8/26Ordered what sounded like a yummy cherry vanilla sprite, my drink taste like plain soda water. It tastes like sprite with no flavor syrup. I'm very disappointed and now I do not have a drink for my lunch as it is bitter and not good.

• 10/2/25First time ordering from here. The Potstickers were so dry and flavorless, even with the sauce. Side of Wisconsin Mac & Cheese tasted like leftovers from days ago. Noodles were way undercooked. Couldn't even get a bite without picking the entire portion up like a hokey puck. Daughter got the Japanese Pan Noodles and loved it. I got the Penne Rosa , which again, the noodles were very undercooked. Other than that it was good.

• 18/11/23Way overpriced for what you get, $7+ for a very small bowl of Mac, salad on the side was almost $4 and was so small, like not even one cup of salad.
