Black Garlic Oil Ramen had flavorful broth noodles cooked to perfection. I was afraid that the broccoli would be soggy but it was perfectly cooked as well had the right crunchy texture. As for the Pork Scallion Bao (4 Pc) I was extremely disappointed especially for the price hardly any pork filling.

I was so looking forward to Noodles & Dumplings when they opened but have been disappointed each and every time. For the most part their prepared dishes are bland and require substantial seasoning. Moreover, the price of entree does not include a protein. No other restaurant in existence charges for protein! Kung Pao Chicken without the chicken and then adding an additional charge for the chicken? Every other restaurant provides a side of rice with an entree. This restaurant charges for a side of rice to go with an entree! Their Lemon Chicken is served as chicken nuggets with a bland lemon sauce on the side. Yuck! I wish them only the best, but I'm done giving them another chance to get it right.

Pork scallion (8pc) was okay not much going on with the inside just a little meat ball and no sauce or much flavor
Tonkotsu Ramen was pretty good and tasty and filling

Noddles and Dumplings is always so tasty! The portions are fulfilling and allow me to share with my kids when they want to try something new. The food arrived freshly made and hot and we would 100% order again! It's a great treat when the kids ask for bao or dumplings. Super flavorful and hit the spot.
