I ordered delivery and received the wrong kebab. When I called the store the owner was so, so helpful, and apologetic. Mistakes happen and his response made all the difference. He made me a new kebab (which was spot on by the way), he delivered it to my house and included two free dessert items and a note apologising for their mistake.
I was so impressed with the service.

Chicken Pide was beautiful although Chicken Kebab was over cooked dry and bland

The vego kebab was nice except the tomato was green and the lettuce tasted a bit stale.
But overall nice.

Banger! So good, HSP was loaded! Some more lemon with the pide would have been nice tho.
