I'd order the Tom Kha Prik Pao Soup again for sure and the Tom Yum Soup was great as well. Pad See-Ew was a great entree and all three of these dishes has a pretty good amount of protein included. The Thai Salad was the only disappointment. Aside from a pretty good peanut sauce and that the veggies were fresh, the salad was definitely not worth the cost. Overall, would order from Nunus again!

I'd spend several months since I've ordered food items from new news I was so disappointed and the quality of their Coconut Chicken Curry. It was basically a mushy mess. The coconuts curry sauce tasted raw as if it had not allowed the spices to cook in the coconut milk and the coconut milk was just too much. Also it was loaded with green mushy beans and very little amount of chipped chicken pieces. Unacceptable for the price they charge for their dishes. I put it in the garbage.

I was honestly pretty let down by Nunu’s Thai Dishes. I went in expecting a lot more since the place has such strong reviews, but my experience really didn’t match the hype.
I ordered the Pad See Ew and the Chicken Pad Thai, and both dishes were very bland. They tasted more like generic fast-food noodles than authentic Thai dishes. The flavor just wasn’t there at all—no real depth, no balance of sweet, salty, or savory like you’d normally expect from these classics. It didn’t feel very faithful to what the dishes are supposed to be.
To make things worse, my to-go order didn’t even include utensils, which was frustrating since I was planning to eat it while I was out. Between the bland food and small details like that being missed, it just didn’t live up to the reputation.
I really wanted to like this place because of the great reviews, but unfortunately I can’t give it a very good rating based on this experience.

Nunu's is the best Thai food, hands down. My one regret about moving away from NoVA is that I couldn't take Nunu's with me.
