Very good bagels, forgot my drink but unlike other stores that just pretend nothing happened they called me immediate offering refund or redeliver the item.
Overall very satisfied with everything.

Bagels are not crispy on the outside as described.
One of the single Bagel (Single & Bulk) was not available so they gave me a Bagel with Butter charging me an extra $1 and toasting it and buttering it and giving me a Bagel I do not like so that went into the garbage.
The egg on the Breakfast Sandwich does not look like a fresh egg but powdered or frozen.
The bagels are also not very good.
This is the first time I ordered from this place and will be my last time!
