I got an omelet (western?) with ham, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. 10/10 stars .... definitely rejuvenated me.

The double down Philly didnt even have enough meat to cover the bun and we added extra cheese that wasnt there either. If this is the double meat version im not sure you would even find the meat on a regular Philly. The meat lovers omelet was not much better and had random lettuce in it. This is our first and last trip to The Omelette Shoppe. I would no recommend wasting your money there.

I would not recommend mash potato as a side, they only give roughly 3 to 4 plastic spoon fulls worth of it in an oversized medium cup. it was so lightweight I really believed I received an empty cup! whilst the gravy was filling half of the separate cup it came in (I ordered it OTS) and ofcourse it was far too much gravy for the amount of mashed potatoes. and I ordered extra egg and the eggs must be extra small or miscounted because I have gotten the 2 eggs alone without extras before and today with the extra egg it was the exact same amount as they were in the past. I wish this restaurant was consistent. it didn't used to be like this.

I ordered the double Double Down Philly Sandwich, and it was horrible. There should have been extra meat and cheese. There wasn't the meat was burnt and barley had onions and green peppers.word of advice just order the regular Philly. Don't pay extra for no reason

I was suppose to get sausage. And there's potatoes on it. Both orders
Messed up again . Suppose to be sausage looks like a tatter cake
I'd like a refund on all 3 items or my money back
