whole chicken was marinated well that it wasnt burnt. other places usually serve burnt chicken

The chicken burger had a very unpleasant bitter taste. When opening it had very charcoaled pieces attached to the chicken meat all over. It is clear that they came from an uncleaned grill!
Very poor cooking standards.

Barely any chicken in the BBQ Pulled Chicken Loaded Chips. Especially the rappa, it was just rice and other topppngs there was not any chicken in it.

My chips were cold and the chicken in the wrap was very undercooked. I will not order again. It is only five minutes from me so the chips shouldn't be cold.

Unfortunately, the food was delivered almost completely Cold. —Perhaps through no fault of the establishment itself...
Luckily, the burgers were well wrapped, seemed fresh and were not at all oily, so the meal was still edible.
