The Buffalo Chicken Wrap was delicious but was very light on crinkle fries. The Cinnamon Bun Cheesecake was fantastic!

No utensils were given, Bruschetta dip had barely any in it. The Jack Daniel's BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger fries were ice cold, the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad had only 4 pieces of chicken in it. They were so behind, even when paying extra for express. Our driver waited there for 15 minutes.

Ordered the Pacific Rim bowl and there was ZERO shrimp in it and only a few little piece of chicken. This used to be a favorite but it seems to be getting worse and worse. Will not order this again especially for the price and no shrimp

The Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad defines"underwhelming." The ratio of chopped lettuce to the other ingredients is far too high.Theres no point to the bacon or croutons as they are lost amongst lettuce. When ordering takeout, the container is fairly large but so packed with lettuce that it is impossible to mix without dumping into a mixing bowl. Unimpressed that the chicken breast was in strips -- for the price, the least that could be done is run a knife down the middle to make the pieces bite sized.

A little disappointed with the quality of my food, esp After waiting over an hour for it to arrive..... some chicken fingers and fries should not have taken over an hour to get delivered , especially after paying the express delivery fee.
It's clear my food had been sitting under the heat lamps for an extended time, the bruschetta was completely hot and soggy, the fries were soggy as well.
Really too bad as I really enjoy this establishment , but today was not the best compared to past experiences.
