• 21/2/24Put in old rice and barely any chicken. Really disappointed to pay for something and receive it with hard rice that probably microwaved

• 25/6/26I paid extra for both the gravy and garlic sauces well as medium hot sauce, but barely received any of either. This was really disappointing because I specifically paid extra for the extra sauce. Please make sure customers receive what they order. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something I didn’t receive.

• 29/5/24In-person these stores offer all toppings for free. On here for some reason they limit you to 3 toppings.
And this appears to only be a problem on the delivery apps for this particular store - cause I tried ordering at another osmow's and well - that one didn have the same problem.
