Really sad to give this report because OTB was an old favorite of ours in the past but our most recent order was just very mid. Fries tasted old, Special Sauce Burger was very overcooked (we asked for MR and definitely got MW). Fried Chicken Sandwich was nothing to write home about. Something about the pickles didn't quite feel right. I hope you give OTB a try and get a better experience - it used to be glorious a few years back.

Food was vile. Brownie tasted like freezer burn, chicken was gritty and salad was wilted
