The new NEW! Filet* with Bourbon Onion is amazING! Melted in my mouth it was perfectly cooked even being a well done person. The Bloomin' Onion® was still warm and crispy when it arrived and tasty sauce on the side. Delicous meal.

This was the worst steak I have ever seen I ordered the 13oz Ribeye medium rare. It came extremly well done, the meat itself was as thin as my finger it looked like some carne asada. This used to be my favorite place but the last few times have been proven it's getting worse and worse. Cooks must be untrained and the quality of meat is pathetic.

I love Outback and have ordered their amazing steak so many times. 5 stars for steaks! Tonight I decided to treat myself and the lobster tails were TINY! For $33.49 I would have expected more than a few bites of lobster. Stick with the steak!

My Fillet was burned on one side so of course it was well done and I ordered it medium well.. the pecan salads were very weak with ingredients and the half of dressing. We are monthly eaters there and I'm thinking that's about to change.

The steak which was supposed to be medium was well done, black on the outside and very dry. Shrunken down to a 3" x 3" blob. Additives to tiny naked potato was minimal
