Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® blended beverage (coffee-based) Was perfect. For my Pistachio Frappuccino it was immaculate!!! Both taste incredible, always fresh made to order. Definitely going back in person too! The baristas are always so sweet and thoughtful and they work so hard! Make sure to go in and tip them sometimes too! These people work hard to make our orders all day they deserve it! 💜🖤

The BSOM shaken espresso i got today had the espresso and the cold foam, but didnt have the oatmilk between the two like it was supposed to, leaving a full inch of room at the top, and leaving the espresso shots burnt. I usually love this place tho, and they typically do a great job. Im sure it just got forgotten <3

Not all Starbucks are equal. I travel a lot and OZH is the only one I can count on for consistency and quality. Coffee is my happy treat, and I've never been disappointed here. They're my sanity heroes!

I ordered the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. It tasted like watered down coffee and had no vanilla taste to it. Would not order again.
