I hesitated ordering for at least a year from the Palm as the options on Door Dash are so poor to custom tailor with this otherwise well known iconic NYC based restaurant.Been dining with the Palm for 50 years long before Landrys bought the upscale steakhouse group.
The site doesn't mention what the burger comes with
(fries are included) and there is no option to order it without cheese and no requests can be made as the Palm doesn't allow requests through Door Dash other than temperature and what kind of cheese preference.Very odd
However make no mistake The Palm in Las Vegas has one of the best burgers in America( steakhouse style). Their other locations pale by comparison.
Not a mere patty but hand formed and huge made with outstanding beef with juices flowing and cooked to perfection Medium Rare as ordered.The shocking thing is it was better than some I've had in person there and better yet delivered to my door!
The chefs at Palm Las Vegas some have been there for many years and they excel in cooking skills when on point as seasoned pros. Another reason I love living here!Burger heaven
(soggy fries forgiven) however pop in broiler briefly which can revive them if need be
I will try a steak next time through door dash I am so impressed
Bravo Palm Chefs take a bow way better than overrated Peter Luger!

• 16/11/24Excellent quality well executed lamb chops but the string beans were hard as bricks and the risotto likely the worst I’ve ever sampled dry and tasteless strange
I’d try pairing with cream spinach and asparagus for a winning combo
I would order from the palm with far more frequency but they refuse any special requests on the door dash app like sauce to the side or substitutions so I tend to go other steakhouses who care about guest satisfaction and allow at least the opportunity for a request
Even the massively busy & crowded Cheesecake Factory takes requests
