First time ordering! I can tell they're trying to compete with Qdoba/Chipotle. And they're close! My food arrived soggy, soaking through the bag that it was delivered in. The Burrito was amazing in flavor, but the tortilla is not as sturdy as competitors and was falling apart as i ate it. Even the portions that weren't moist were falling apart because the tortilla is too thin. Either double wrap your Burrito or expect their thin tortilla to fall apart while you eat, making it difficult until you give up and just use a fork.
But for the money, this beats the competitors in virtually every category. The steak I got was small and spread evenly throughout the Burrito - but there was noticeably less steak than the competitors. Which is likely why they can sell cheaper.
Overall I would highly recommend this!

burrito wasn't fully wrapped in the tinfoil wrapping, the queso was warm (ish) but it was almost gelatinous? like cold velveeta cheese. it was good! but weird texture. very spicy, compare to what we were expecting. steak was chewy. tortilla smelled good but didn't taste fully cooked. maybe it was just an off day, but my husband and i were not impressed.

I ordered the steak burrito and it has no flavor at all. I did not like the burrito.
