My soufle was good as always but this is by far the worst bagel I've ever been given and I'm very disappointed. It appears their cream cheese has changed too. Not sure if it's just the change in packaging but there doesn't seem to be as much and the fact that it's almost 2 dollars is crazy. You'd assume a bagel comes with cream cheese

NEW Croissant Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sandwich was very bland as was the NEW Ciabatta Ham, Egg & Cheese Sandwich . I had to combine both sandwiches to even make a regular size sandwich. very disappointed. the ham was like 1 thin slice of ham, not enough for anything at all.

I understand its supposed to be half order of sandwich but for $15 just for the items shown, I will definitely be switching to McAlester's. Their "half portions" aren't just 2 bites.

Soup was okay, but I wasn't given the bread rolling asked and paid for, even though it was on my receipt.The bag was shut and sealed when I got it too. The bag said someone named, "T," checked and packaged my bag. The brend bowls hare gotten a lot smaller, andthe soup wa a tiny cup size. won't order again.
